- What is iBall 3v3? A recreational and competitive basketball tournament where 3 people from one team play against 3 people from an opposing team.
- Where is event held? South Oak Cliff H.S., 3701 S. Marsalis Ave.
- Will there be any other activities at the festival? Yes, there’ll be great music, food, giveaways, challenges, health and wellness stations, vendor booths, and bounce house for young kids!
- Do I need experience to participate in the 3v3 tourney? No, we have recreational players all the way up to players who’ve played professionally?
- Will my team face teams that are more experienced than our team? NO. Teams play teams similar in age and/or basketball experience.
- How old do I have to be to participate? At least 8 years old — and there’s no maximum age. 🙂
- How much is it? It depends on when you sign up. There’s EARLY BIRD, REGULAR REG, LATE BIRD registration fees. Sign up as soon as you can to avoid paying more!
- Is it co-ed? We have a girls, boys, men and women’s division. The Pro Am men’s division is allowed co-ed teams.
- Are there prizes? Pro Am divisions win cash. Due to NCAA, UIL and/or amateur rules, all other divisions receive trophies.
- If we register but can’t play (for any reason), do we get a refund? NO REFUNDS after June 1, 2023.
- Does iBall 3v3 work with any charitable organizations? This event benefits RAISING GOOD SPORTS, a charitable org whose mission is to increase participation in sports, recreational, fitness, wellness and mental health activities through camps, clinics, summits & conferences for kids ages 6-18 — as well as their parents, families, coaches and caregivers.
